Become a Scarpa New Zealand Boot Tester in 2015!

Terms and Conditions
 
1. Entry is open to all eligible New Zealand residents who post an eligible comment with supporting photos and/or videos to the Scarpa NZ Facebook page.

2. Employees of Allsports Distribution Ltd, Scarpa NZ retailers and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

3. The competition runs from 15th January 2015 to 29th January 2015.

4. To enter, you must - with supporting evidence (photos and/or videos) – tell us why you think you should be one of four Scarpa New Zealand Boot Testers in 2015. The comment is to be posted beneath the competition post on the Scarpa NZ Facebook page before noon 29th January 2015.

5. Only one comment per person will be valid. Offensive or inappropriate photos, comments and content will be removed from the site.

6. There is a total prize pool of 4 pairs of Scarpa boots – each worth up to RRP $499. Subject to availability. Allsports Distribution Ltd reserves the right to substitute the prize without warning.

7. Only the people who originally entered the Promotion can be awarded the prizes (“the Winner”).

8. The Winners must be over 18 years of age. If the winner of the prize is under 18 years of age, the prize will be awarded to their parent or guardian.

9. The draw will be made on January 29 2015.

10. Winners will be notified by email and announced on the Scarpa NZ Facebook page. Allsports Distribution Ltd will make reasonable attempts to contact the winners. Where a winner does not respond to the notice within 48 hours, their prize will be redrawn.

11. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

12. The prize is not redeemable for cash or transferable. No other family members, friends, office associates or any other person will be able to claim the prize on the Winner’s behalf. In the event that the prize specified in the Promotion becomes unavailable for any reason the Promoter may substitute a prize of like or equal value.

13. The Winners takes the prize entirely at their own risk and indemnifies Allsports Distribution Ltd in respect of any claim for any accident, injury, property damage or loss of life that may occur in connection with the prize. The Winners are responsible for all insurance, tax or other costs that may be associated with the prize.

14. By participating, entrants grant Allsports Distribution Ltd exclusive permission to use their names, characters, photographs, voices and likeness in connection with the Promotion and for future promotion and marketing purposes and waive any claims to royalty, right or remuneration for such use.

15. Allsports Distribution Ltd reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process of attempting to act in a fraudulent or otherwise dishonest manner.

16. Entry into the competition implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions.

17. All entries and information received by Allsports Distribution Ltd is treated as confidential.
